About Chat

Chat provides you with immediate insights based on questions you ask that can streamline and assist decision-making. Using Chat, you supply questions using natural language about the document population and Chat provides citations in response. Then, you can select citations to review associated documents in the Viewer. Also, you can download a chat response for easy sharing or record keeping.

After adding documents to the AI Model, you can ask questions about them in Review>Chat. Note that for documents added to the AI Model from Inspect but not promoted, the citation number and document number appear in the chat response. However, clicking the citation or document number does not display the document in the Document Viewer.

Applying filters for conversations

You can apply filters to conversations in Chat to refine the document set. When a filter is active, a filter icon appears at the bottom of the chat response, indicating that a filter has been applied. This visual cue helps users quickly identify which filters were used when reviewing conversation history. Additionally, a dynamic population count displays the number of documents currently included in the conversation. This count updates automatically as filters are added or modified.
